Hi,
I am asked by someone everyday about the Supernanny episode with our family. Someone told me yesterday that she enjoyed our show and learned a lot from it. I am so thankful for that…I am certainly no expert on childcare but I did learn a lot from Jo Frost and I would love to share as much of that info as I can.
The girls are still all sleeping in their beds. They adapted very well to the whole thing. It is no big issue now. I feel like a different person with sleep. 
We still use the naughty corner or spot technique…Cara still hates it so it is still working. LOL. I have to remind her about once a month of the fact that I will not cave. She knows that but she still has to see it in action.
Jo gave me confidence. Much needed for me. I have it now and I hope to help other ladies gain confidence in themselves.

GLad to hear all is good with the sleep, lol. I had to laugh when i seen the Sn show and you were in bed with them………….
On a day like today i wouldnt mind having JO, kicking around, lol. My kids are not so great today !!!!!!!
Time to get cracking on them, lol.
